Working with Southern Steel, we performed connection design services for this 2.2 million square foot shopping and entertainment venue, which included difficult, skewed connections and large plate girders supporting large loads. When a structural redesign increased forces on some of these connections a year later, we re-examined fabricated connections and provided reinforcement.
