Our team designed a 125,000?sf conveyor mezzanine to support a new million-square-foot body shop. The full-service scope included checked plate and screenguard modules for six conveyor systems, three 19?ft robot towers, a dozen stairs, and support and fall-protection rails for ten lifters. We coordinated closely with other trades to simplify fire protection piping installation under the mezzanine, managing 72,000?sf of checked plate, 55,000?sf of screenguard, 7,000 drawings, 3,200 assemblies, and 2.3?million pounds of steel suspended from building trusses. Our team delivered a fully coordinated, efficient mezzanine that ensures both operational performance and safety.
