Favorite Project Story:
Working on the historic Lake Merritt Boathouse renovation and retrofit was a great challenge during construction. Once a cofferdam was installed our team had to crawl underneath the building to observe the corrosion damage caused by 100 years of exposure to Lake Merritt water. We also discovered years of garbage, shells, and even an old sunken rowboat under the building.
