WHAT WE DID

Erecting a world-class business school in the heart of Detroit.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Providing erection engineering services for Wayne State University’s new 120,000-square-foot business school, located on the north end of The District Detroit near the new Little Caesars Arena. The school will serve over 3,000 students with flexible teaching, research, office and community spaces.

For our client, Ideal Contracting LLC, we provided a stability plan that ensured a safe and stable structure throughout the various stages of steel erection completeness.

  This project was completed as Ruby + Associates prior to November 2023. The project experience is included to represent the breadth of expertise of Degenkolb Engineers in the Midwest region.
