The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Council seeks out institutions with which to partner in promoting career choices in engineering among children and college-bound students, particularly among sectors underrepresented in the profession. The council also pledges funds to support engineering mentorship programs that work with historically underrepresented communities.
Degenkolb seeks to ensure inclusiveness throughout the company. We do this by encouraging involvement in internal committees, gathering input from all staff across offices and demographics, and promoting improvements related to DEI.
