University of Oregon, Living Learning Center, Eugene, Oregon

Degenkolb designed the structure for this 133,000 square foot, 400- to 450-bed student residence hall housing instructional space, associated lounges and support space, and new kitchen/dining facility. The Living Learning Center was designed using USGBC’s LEED rating system along with the University’s sustainability guidelines. The building is four stories (with a basement)  and is constructed of concrete.
