Degenkolb provided structural engineering services for the build-out of four office buildings for a confidential technology client. Features included two-story recording studios, large floor openings, new connecting stairs, double decker seating pods, exterior trellis, a chiller enclosure, and a new bridge through an existing atrium. Seismic retrofits were also performed on all four buildings.
