Degenkolb is providing structural design services related to the tenant improvements for a confidential technology company campus in Los Angeles, California. The tenant improvements encompass approximately 584,000 square feet and consist of office space along with amenities such as fitness, anchor cafes and conference rooms. Project scope consists of new slab openings for the addition of several stairs and elevators, a new escalator, light wells, conference rooms and other free-standing box structures. In addition, providing equipment anchorage design for special soffits and ceiling conditions, free standing walls, and various architectural features throughout the tenant space. For the exterior landscaping, Degenkolb is also providing structural design for a new shade/trellis structure, retaining walls, wood decks, and stadium seating.
