University of Washington Architecture Hall Renovation

Degenkolb Engineers completed the predesign phase for the renovation of historic Architecture Hall. Constructed in 1908, Architecture Hall is a key historical structure on the UW campus. The building is approximately 47,500 square feet and has a complete steel frame with concrete one way floor and roof slabs. The exterior walls of the building are constructed of unreinforced masonry.
