As a recognized expert in the construction engineering (CE) field, Tim leads the firm’s CE Practice Area and has held engineering and management roles on over 130 CE projects, providing designs for excavation support, steel erection engineering, tower crane foundations and tie-ins, and many other engineering needs that occur on the construction site. Tim brings a personable, hands-on approach to his work, with a focus on pinpoint coordination and high-level collaboration across both construction and design teams. He is a licensed Structural Engineer in California, Washington, and Arizona, speaks regularly at American Institute of Steel Construction conferences and webinars, and sits on the committee for the ASCE 37 “Design Loads on Structures During Construction” Standard.
