Designed renovations to the Stanford Law Library
Degenkolb designed the renovation to the existing Crown Library, a space that serves multiple functions including space for meeting, administration, offices, library shelving, instruction, and public circulation. The 35,000 sf, four-story building includes a penthouse. Modifications include reinforcement for two slab opening for skylights, reframing of the third floor to allow for a new air atrium stair, and infill of the existing stairs at the third floor to create space for two conference rooms.
