American River College, Culinary Building

Designed the renovation improvements to the existing 6,000 square foot culinary arts facility along with a seismically separated 13,600 square foot addition housing new culinary instruction spaces and a full-service restaurant. Structural work included existing building assessments, seismic review of existing building and full design of the addition.
