The annual New Hire Orientation brings new employees together for a day of team building and learning about the firm.  Presenters from across the company dive into the corporate mission, history, standards, and values – ending with a social gathering.

Degenkolb’s employee conference sees the entire firm come together to listen to engineering, project, and business presentations given by our colleagues.

PM Training

Project Managers experience a yearlong eight session program on best practices in the industry.  The sessions are set up to delve into the firm’s Quality Assurance Manual and present topics such as proposal creation, go-no go policies, and project financials.

Monthly forums are hosted across the firm and in individual groups for educational programming on engineering topics and project lesson learns.

Each month a Senior Principal draws on their decades of experience to address a topic of interest.  Previous topics have included client development, seismic corporate programs, and case studies.
