PM Training
Project Managers experience a yearlong eight session program on best practices in the industry. The sessions are set up to delve into the firm’s Quality Assurance Manual and present topics such as proposal creation, go-no go policies, and project financials.
Internal Engineering Forums
Monthly forums are hosted across the firm and in individual groups for educational programming on engineering topics and project lesson learns.
Senior Principal Seminars
Each month a Senior Principal draws on their decades of experience to address a topic of interest. Previous topics have included client development, seismic corporate programs, and case studies.
Presentation and Public Speaking
Each year a group of new project managers and leaders have the opportunity to participate in a 1.5 day-long working session to enhance communication, presentation, and public speaking skills including live feedback from a professional coach.
