I chose this career path because of my experience with a construction project that faced significant challenges. The project went over budget and took nearly twice as long to complete as planned. That experience made me start thinking about how these issues could be prevented and how construction processes could be improved.
I realized that many of the problems came from a lack of coordination and visibility, and that’s when I discovered BIM technology. BIM provides a way to better plan, coordinate, and manage projects before construction even begins. It felt like a practical solution to the problems I had seen, which led me to pursue a career in this field.
