I love what we do and how we do it. This is a really tough industry at times. There is conflict. There is stress. There are real consequences for you and others if you make the wrong mistake. But all that pales in comparison to the simple truth that what we do, how we do it, and why we do it makes such a positive difference in our communities. I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to provide structural designs that create new structures or protect existing spaces where amazing things can and do happen. I am inspired by the passion of our Degenkolb team and the collaboration with our clients and partners in the design and construction to make the seemingly impossible happen.
