As a structural engineer and leader, I’m passionate about designing and ensuring the safety of the built environment while mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers. I find deep satisfaction in solving complex challenges, collaborating with teams to bring innovative solutions to life, and seeing the tangible results of our work in the structures that shape our communities. What excites me most is the ability to blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving, making a lasting impact through both the projects I contribute to and the people I support in their careers.
