Why did you go into Engineering?

I got involved in the ACE Mentorship Program during high school because of my interest in architecture growing up. However, the projects we worked on got me really interested in the civil/structural engineering field and how I could be part of designing/engineering the built environment. My interest in earthquake engineering was sparked in an English class during undergrad (I'm just as shocked as you are).

I've been playing the piano since I was 5.
