We all want our work to mean something; to make a difference. Through my job, I make schools safer for students, I design places for them to learn and grow, and I figure out how contractors can build some incredible structures. It is all rewarding work and I’m grateful that I am in the position I am to be able to help in this way. I also get to work with some incredible people both inside and outside of Degenkolb.
