Provided structural design services for tenant improvements for various buildings at an office campus in Redwood City. Campus improvements included new cafes, architectural feature items, and equipment upgrades that required structure consultation. One building houses a customer experience center with a new two-story auditorium and interactive sculptures that required specialty structural design. Degenkolb also designed a new exterior exit stair that tied to an existing building.
