Local San Diego native who went to UC San Diego for both undergrad and grad school. Chad joined Degenkolb after graduation. He has developed a significant portfolio of seismic retrofit design and consulting services as well as new building design. The new design projects have concentrated on healthcare, industrial and high tech arena including steam generation plants, laboratories, and high tech manufacturing plants. Chad has trained local engineers in Haiti on earthquake safety and retrofits.
