We were retained by the Plaintiff’s legal team to investigate and develop construction documents for repairs to a 400,000 square-foot tilt-up office building. The repairs addressed both design deficiencies and construction defects. We also served as construction manager and collaborated with the diverse expert team to design all remediation measures to minimize the construction cost and impact to occupants of the building. Phasing of the construction documents into 9 separate packages was crucial to expedite design and construction. This ensured completion of the repairs with supporting documents for all forensic investigations, analysis results, repair designs and construction costs were organized and ready to present at trial.
