Degenkolb was the SEoR and performed erection sequencing and temporary bracing for the Bing Concert Hall. Degenkolb's CM&M scheme created significant savings using cable bracing in frame elevations in lieu of complex web.  Evaluated the lobby roof structure for the temporary scaffold loads. During the construction of the Concert Hall, the lobby roof was constructed ahead of the finish work on the exterior of the exterior drum walls. Designed temporary scaffolding to finish the surface of the drum. Elements of CM&M such as formwork strongbacks were integrated into the permanent structure.
