Michael Allen has been with Degenkolb since 2001. In that time, he has gained experience in seismic evaluation, seismic design, and in the development of safety measures for the design of earthquake-resilient structures. Most notably, Mr. Allen participated in several major analysis projects for a high profile medical center in San Francisco, helping attain the highest level of seismic safety standards.
